The Dot and Stripe Programs were designed to allow our customers to create a bag which is printed on all sides, includes a custom logo, and costs only a fraction of what a standard full custom bag would. There are a variety of available sizes and the color options are limitless.
Why do these bags cost so much less?
Printing plate costs can be very prohibitive when creating a shopping bag which is printed on all sides. In order to cover so much area the plate must be very large and can easily cost $300-$1,000+. We have already created a full dot pattern plate for each size we offer. A "slug in" area is left open in the plate and will allow a custom printed plate with your logo to be "slugged" in. Thus the cost to you is simply the "slug" plate, which is only approx. $50 per size.
- Artwork and Processing is a very time consuming task for the industry. Each custom order must be reviewed many times to ensure proper printing and quality control. Standardizing the process allows us to maintain an excellent level of quality without the high levels of time and troubleshooting.
- These bags are created and fully printed in-line unlike other "slug in" bags which are produced and printed in-line, shipped, and then printed a second time with a custom logo. Finishing the product in one quick stop is a large part of the lower price.
